THE INTERVIEW PROCESS

At Redaxer we are always excited when people want to join our team. When we receive your application, our team will diligently review your profile. Should we determine your application is a potential match, you will be directly contacted (2-3 weeks after an application) to give us a chance to know you better and allow you the chance to ask questions about our thrilling company, corporate culture, and the position itself. Should there be continued mutual interest in proceeding with the process you will be scheduled to speak with one of our Technical Director on

a brief technical phone interview. Finally, we will be excited to have you in the office to meet our team for a conclusive on-site technical interview (do not worry, our dress code is casual, we will be evaluating your knowledge, skills and experience, not your dress).
